General
These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, customers and users of milqskin.com.au.
MILQ Skin is a partnership operating in Queensland, Australia. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
By placing an order through this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Products
We may modify, discontinue or limit the availability of a product at any time.
We make every reasonable effort to ensure product descriptions, imagery, pricing and packaging information are accurate and current. However, product presentation may vary slightly, and we cannot guarantee that colours displayed on your device will exactly reflect the physical product.
Nothing in this section limits your rights where a product does not match its description or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
Complimentary standard shipping is available on Australian orders over $100, unless otherwise stated. Orders that do not meet the applicable threshold will incur the shipping charge displayed at checkout.
We may change our prices and promotional offers at any time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted, except where there has been an obvious pricing or technical error.
If a product is displayed at an incorrect price due to an administrative or technical error, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected order and provide a full refund.
Orders
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from MILQ.
An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- payment cannot be authorised
- an item is unavailable
- incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed
- we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised activity
- delivery is unavailable to the supplied address
- promotional conditions or order limits have not been met
If payment has already been received for an order we cannot fulfil, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.
You will receive a separate email once your order has been dispatched.
Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay and other available payment providers.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. MILQ does not store or have access to your complete card details.
You are responsible for ensuring that all billing and payment information supplied is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Shipping
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for information about dispatch, delivery timeframes, shipping costs, tracking and delivery conditions.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Returns and Refunds

MILQ products are cosmetic skincare products intended for external use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition or disease.
Individual experiences may vary depending on skin type, sensitivities, existing routines, product use and external factors.
Please follow the directions supplied with each product. We recommend patch testing before full use, particularly if your skin is sensitive or reactive.
Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional where irritation is severe, persistent or otherwise concerning.
Nothing in this section excludes any rights you may have where a product is unsafe, faulty, incorrectly described or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.

- promotions cannot be combined
- complimentary gifts have no cash value
- promotional items are available only while stocks last
- only one complimentary gift may be supplied per eligible order
