At MILQ, our point of difference begins with a simple truth: nature’s own structures are among our most intelligent guides.
This is why we looked to one of nature’s most remarkable biological systems : breastmilk. Its sugars, lipids and beneficial components work together to nourish, protect and support a developing microbiome.

MILQ began with my own experience of sensitive, reactive skin, and the feeling that skincare had become something the skin was expected to endure.
I wanted to create formulas that felt intelligent without feeling aggressive. Skincare that could support the skin at a foundational level while making the daily ritual feel considered, calm and simple.
What began as a personal search for something gentler became the philosophy behind MILQ: respect the skin’s complexity and support its natural capacity for balance.
My intention is simple: to create skincare that helps you feel calm and confident in your skin, so you can be more present for everything beyond it.
