Shipping
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders within Australia over $100. A flat shipping rate applies to orders under this threshold and will be calculated at checkout.
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase. Delivery is via Australia Post Standard Shipping. For estimated delivery timeframes to your area, please refer to Australia Post’s delivery guide. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be subject to delays during peak periods, public holidays, or in remote areas.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.
MILQ is not responsible for parcels delayed, lost, or damaged in transit once they have been handed to the shipping carrier. However, if you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us and we will always do our best to assist.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we are unable to guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
