Shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders within Australia — no minimum spend required.

All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase. Delivery is via Australia Post Standard Shipping. For estimated delivery timeframes to your area, please refer to Australia Post’s delivery guide.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be subject to delays during peak periods, public holidays, or in remote areas.

MILQ is not responsible for parcels delayed, lost, or damaged in transit once they have been handed to the shipping carrier. However, if you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us and we will always do our best to assist.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we are unable to guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
